이용약관

이 약관은 DonaldGuide(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 여행 매칭 플랫폼 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용에 관한 제반 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

These Terms of Service govern the use of the travel matching platform service ("Service") provided by DonaldGuide ("Company").

• "회원"이란 본 약관에 동의하고 회원가입을 완료한 자를 말합니다.
• "여행 리더"란 여행을 생성하고 동행자를 모집하는 회원을 말합니다.
• "동행자"란 여행 리더가 생성한 여행에 참여 신청을 하는 회원을 말합니다.
• "크레딧"이란 서비스 내에서 사용되는 가상 화폐를 말합니다.
• "매칭"이란 여행 리더와 동행자 간의 여행 참여 연결을 말합니다.

• "Member" refers to a person who has agreed to these Terms and completed registration.
• "Travel Leader" refers to a member who creates a travel and recruits companions.
• "Companion" refers to a member who applies to join a travel created by a Travel Leader.
• "Credits" refers to the virtual currency used within the Service.
• "Matching" refers to the connection between a Travel Leader and Companions for travel participation.

서비스는 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다:

• 여행 계획 등록 및 동행자 모집
• 여행 검색 및 참여 신청
• 여행 리더와 동행자 간 매칭
• 항공권 및 숙소 예약 연동
• 회원 간 메시지 기능

The Service provides the following features:

• Travel plan registration and companion recruitment
• Travel search and application
• Matching between Travel Leaders and Companions
• Flight and accommodation booking integration
• Messaging between members

• 회원가입은 이용자가 본 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 절차에 따라 신청하며, 회사가 이를 승인함으로써 완료됩니다.
• 회원은 가입 시 제공한 정보가 정확하고 최신의 것임을 보장해야 합니다.
• 회원은 자신의 계정 정보를 타인에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.
• 회사는 다음의 경우 회원가입을 거부하거나 회원 자격을 제한할 수 있습니다: 허위 정보 기재, 타인의 명의 도용, 이전에 이용 자격을 상실한 경우.

• Registration is completed when the user agrees to these Terms, applies through the prescribed procedure, and the Company approves.
• Members must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
• Members may not transfer or lend their account information to others.
• The Company may refuse registration or restrict membership in cases of: false information, identity theft, or previous loss of eligibility.

• 크레딧 충전은 회사가 정한 결제 수단을 통해 이루어집니다.
• 크레딧은 여행 매칭, 프리미엄 기능 등 서비스 이용에 사용됩니다.
• 미사용 크레딧의 환불은 충전 후 7일 이내에 요청할 수 있으며, 이미 사용된 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다.
• 여행 매칭이 성사된 후 취소 시 환불 정책은 취소 시점에 따라 차등 적용됩니다.

• Credit top-ups are processed through payment methods designated by the Company.
• Credits are used for travel matching, premium features, and other services.
• Refunds for unused credits may be requested within 7 days of purchase; used credits are non-refundable.
• Cancellation refund policies for confirmed travel matches vary depending on the timing of cancellation.

• 여행 리더는 여행 일정, 목적지, 모집 인원 등을 정확하게 기재해야 합니다.
• 동행자 신청은 여행 리더의 승인을 통해 확정됩니다.
• 회사는 플랫폼을 통한 매칭 서비스만 제공하며, 실제 여행의 진행에 대한 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.
• 매칭 성사 후 여행 리더 또는 동행자의 일방적인 취소로 인한 피해에 대해 회사는 중재를 지원할 수 있습니다.

• Travel Leaders must accurately describe the itinerary, destination, and group size.
• Companion applications are confirmed upon approval by the Travel Leader.
• The Company only provides the matching platform; members are responsible for the actual travel.
• The Company may provide mediation support for damages caused by unilateral cancellation after matching.

회원은 서비스 이용 시 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:

• 허위 정보를 등록하거나 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
• 서비스를 이용한 영리 목적의 활동 (회사 승인 없이)
• 다른 회원에 대한 괴롭힘, 위협, 차별적 행위
• 서비스의 안정적 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 불법적인 목적으로 서비스를 이용하는 행위
• 회사의 지적재산권을 침해하는 행위

Members must not engage in the following activities when using the Service:

• Registering false information or misusing others' information
• Commercial activities using the Service (without Company approval)
• Harassment, threats, or discriminatory behavior toward other members
• Disrupting the stable operation of the Service
• Using the Service for illegal purposes
• Infringing on the Company's intellectual property rights

• 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단 등 불가항력적 사유로 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 경우 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 회원의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 회원 간의 매칭을 통해 이루어진 여행 중 발생한 사고, 분쟁 등에 대해 직접적인 책임을 지지 않습니다.
• 회사는 회원이 서비스를 통해 제공한 정보의 정확성, 신뢰성에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.

• The Company is not liable when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecom service interruption.
• The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the member's own fault.
• The Company is not directly liable for accidents or disputes that occur during travels arranged through matching.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by members through the Service.

• 본 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 준거법으로 합니다.
• 서비스 이용과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간에 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 양 당사자는 원만한 해결을 위해 성실히 협의합니다.
• 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우, 관할 법원은 회사 소재지를 관할하는 법원으로 합니다.
• 이용자는 한국소비자원, 전자거래분쟁조정위원회 등 관련 기관에 분쟁 조정을 신청할 수 있습니다.

• Disputes regarding these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• In case of disputes between the Company and members regarding Service use, both parties shall negotiate in good faith.
• If negotiation fails, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company's location.
• Users may apply for dispute mediation through relevant agencies such as the Korea Consumer Agency or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Resolution Committee.
